Bedroom#1 This bedroom has 2 full beds with super comfortable mattresses and pillows 4 in each bed and white bedding for clean and neat touch. It has 1 night table and lamp with USB charger. Has a 43" TV with netflix prime video and xfinity channels.Counts with a closet and complete bathroom(#1) inside with storage shelf, and has a window that has a view of the patio and pool.

Bedroom#2 This spacious bedroom has 2 full beds super comfortable mattresses and 4 pillows in each bed with white bedding. Has 43" TV with netflix,Prime video, Xfinity channels, 2 night tables with 2 lamps with USB charger 2 small closets and a complete bathroom(#2) inside with storage shelf. It has a closet with laundry inside washer and dryer.

Bedroom#3 This bedroom has 2 full beds super comfortable mattresses and pillows 4 in each bed, white bedding,1 night table, lamp with USB charger, a closet, and 43" TV with netflix, Prime video and Xfinity channels.

Bedroom#4 This bedroom has a queen bed with super comfortable mattress 4 pillows and white bedding,night table,lamp with USB charger a closet and 43" TV with netflix, Prime video and Xfinity channels. It has a window with a view of the outdoor terrace.

Bathroom(#3) is a complete bathroom outside Bedroom#3 and #4 and has a cabinet and a storage shelf.

The modern dining room set seats 12 and is just in front of the kitchen making it perfect to share special moments while cooking.

There is a corner at the entrance of the house with 2 armchairs and an endtable with lamp ideal for those who want to read.

The light living room has 2 sofas,1 armchair 1 coffee table and a 56" TV with Netflix,Prime video and Xfinity channels and a big window with a view of the patio and pool and a door that opens to the outdoor covered terrace.

The outdoor covered terrace has a sofa set with sofa 2 chairs that seats 6 people and we have foldable extra chairs for extra sitting. It has a coffee table and 43" TV to enjoy the outdoor ambience.

From the outdoor terrace are the 2 doors that give access to the private patio were you find a barbecue a stainlees steel table for food preparation and a patio dining set with a big umbrella that seats 6 and an extra dining set that seats 4. For extra seatings you have the foldable chairs in the covered terrace. Here you can make barbecues and enjoy with family and friends while you delight from the florida weather and and the refreshing heated pool. There are 3 loungers with 2 tables and 2 adirondacks with a table perfect to relax and sunbathe.

The pool is heated.

Pool is cleaned Mondays. Times may vary due to scheduling and weather (Please do not adjust pool equipment)

Outdoor lights are automatic and will turn on at dusk until midnight

TV's have Netflix, AmazinPrime and Xfinity channels

Propane for outdoor grill is responsibility of guest. We do our best to ensure tanks are filled but sometimes it doesn't work out with time between guests. Tanks can be exchanged at gas station just down the street.

Please rinse off any equipment used at the beach with fresh water before storing away.
